At Hasan Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to me. Due to the nature of my products—including skincare, makeup, and fashion items—I do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.
Store Credit or Exchange
If there is an issue with your order and the error is on my part (such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged product, or a manufacturing defect), I will work with you to make it right. This may include:

- An exchange for the correct item
- A personalized resolution depending on the situation
To be eligible, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. You’ll need to provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Why I Don’t Accept Returns
Most of my items are personal-use products such as skincare and makeup, which cannot be resold due to hygiene regulations. For this reason, all sales are final. I do my best to list clear and accurate product descriptions and photos to help you make an informed decision before purchasing.
